Your work helps clients maintain regulatory compliance and improve ESG performance.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks include desktop reviews, site visits, management interviews, historical information reviews, and preparation of Phase I ESA reports following ASTM standards or client‑specific formats.

Provide general environmental compliance support across hazardous waste, wastewater/stormwater, air emissions, chemical/spill prevention, and Community Right‑to‑Know regulations, including environmental plan preparation, permit transfers, and reporting.

Travel to facilities for site visits, including local and non‑local travel.

Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting high‑quality standards on deliverables.

Develop junior team members, contribute to proposals and cost estimates, and manage certain projects.

Qualifications

Minimum B.S. in a relevant engineering or science discipline (civil, environmental, chemical, geology, chemistry, physics, biology). Advanced degree desirable but not required.

3 to 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting, including Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews for industrial facilities. Experience with contaminated site investigation and remediation, emerging contaminants, health and safety, and ESG is helpful.

Demonstrated ability to perform Phase I ESAs and limited environmental compliance reviews of complex industrial sites, with willingness to travel short business trips (1–2 days) as needed. Driver’s license and air travel required.

Able to thrive in a fast‑paced transactional environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate complex EHS or technical issues effectively to clients.

Highly motivated self‑starter who is flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow.
