Manage a diverse book of commercial lines accounts Handle renewals, audits, endorsements, and policy servicing Deliver coverage recommendations aligned with client risk profiles Collaborate with carriers to negotiate terms and resolve issues Ensure compliance with California Insurance Code and agency standards What You Bring

3+ years of P&C account management experience California P&C license Proficiency with AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar platforms Strong grasp of TRIA, NFIP, CA FAIR Plan, and blanket policies Excellent communication and organizational skills Why Garland-Sturges & Quirk
