What is the opportunity?
The Senior Analyst, Disclosures Management and Risk Governance is responsible for executing the RBC Wealth Management-US (WM-US) initiatives by working closely with the business, including front office, products and services, and business support units such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, Business Administration, and Technology. The role supports Wealth Management U.S. (WM-U.S.) business risk processes and initiatives in accordance with enterprise, regulatory, industry, and business requirements.
This position is part of WM-US’ First Line of Defense disclosures management and risk governance function. It focuses on managing documents throughout the production lifecycle, coordinating materials for key risk committees, and maintaining systems, records and reporting related to disclosures and risk governance to ensure timely delivery.
The Senior Analyst collaborates with various partners across lines of business and functional groups to help the firm achieve its business objectives.
What will you do?
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on disclosures management and risk committee processes, serving as a key resource for stakeholders.
Support and coordinate the evaluation and drafting of disclosure and risk governance materials (agreements, forms, disclosures, notices, committee meeting materials, etc.) in accordance with corporate and compliance standards.
Manage documents throughout the production cycle: prepare quarterly call updates, consolidate edits, route for approval, troubleshoot with updaters, bundle, and coordinate with printing and publishing resources.
Ensure deliverables are up to date and published on time, holding stakeholders accountable to meet shared goals.
Create templates, refine and document processes, and build out resource spaces related to disclosures management and risk committee processes in conjunction with key internal stakeholders.
Coordinate WM-U.S. risk governance committees: assist committee chairs with calendars, agendas, and minutes; support business partners and presenters with presentations, risk assessments, and other meeting materials.
Represent the DM&RG team in the absence of the Senior Manager as needed.
Perform ad hoc duties and initiatives related to other areas of business risk, including risk governance, policy management, and disclosures management.
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5‑7 years of experience in financial services in product management, compliance, legal, risk, or other support functions.
Excellent project management and administrative skills; highly organized, flexible, and adept at prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multiple competing priorities.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills; strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
Strong interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach to encourage action and obtain information effectively.
Nice-to-have
Thorough knowledge of wealth management products and services, processes, and organization.
Experience leading large projects and/or strategic initiatives.
Compliance or legal experience.
Experience with SharePoint workflows and Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and Workfront.

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000–$115,000, depending on experience, skills, and market conditions.
