Position Summary We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to spearhead content processing initiatives of the Global Video Platform (GVP) within the Direct-to-Consumer Platform Product Management organization. GVP powers WBD\'s streaming applications, including HBO Max, and includes a comprehensive suite of server-side workflow components for content and metadata processing, delivery and playback of live and VOD content across devices via client-side player SDKs. In this role, you will own the content processing domain within GVP, overseeing services such as encoding, packaging, encryption, and content replication to ensure seamless video delivery and immersive playback experiences. You will collaborate with Engineering and Technical Program Manager counterparts within the live and VOD Content Processing Teams, and interface with adjacent workflow teams including Media Supply Chain and Content Delivery, as well as stakeholder teams such as Consumer Product Management, QoE, Release Management, and Customer Experience. Your ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Product Management methodologies (requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, roadmap creation, data-driven decision-making) and deep expertise in encoding technologies, video/audio quality assessment tools, and consumer streaming device capabilities and limitations. This is a high-profile position requiring exceptional communication and stakeholder management across the organization to design, prioritize, and globally launch scalable content processing solutions. Responsibilities

Provide product expertise and thought leadership in live and VOD content encoding, packaging, encryption, and replication. Develop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive content processing product strategy aligned with business objectives and technology trends. Collaborate with cross-organization and cross-functional stakeholder teams to define content processing platform product requirements. Develop a prioritized product roadmap that meets stakeholder and customer needs. Drive efficiency and optimize costs for video delivery. Set priorities and build shared understanding across teams, creating networks to coordinate and drive impact across groups. Drive consistency and quality in content formats across WBD streaming properties. Establish and monitor qualitative and quantitative objectives and KPIs; analyze data and extract actionable insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders; understand and advocate for customer needs. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on development and delivery. Provide clear leadership to guide cross-functional teams toward a common product vision; resolve conflicts and scale influence. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in content processing to develop novel solutions. Requirements

12+ years of Product Management or relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of live and VOD audio/video encoding, transcoding, packaging, and delivery technologies. Experience launching and developing platform-level products/features for a global audience at scale. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and customer empathy. Technical background in software development preferred, including understanding development methodologies and architecture of web services. Solid understanding of business principles, including revenue models, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and business teams; ability to drive clarity in ambiguity and deliver progress. Experience with data analysis to inform product and business decisions. Compensation: Pay Range: $159,600.00 - $296,400.00 per year. Actual salaries vary based on market data, location, skill, experience, and performance. This package may include bonuses and other incentives. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation.
