Our client, a leading organization in the aviation sector, is seeking a Sr. SharePoint Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. SharePoint Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting enterprise-wide SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Columbus, Ohio (onsite) W2 only, not C2C/1099.
Candidates must be able to work within the US without sponsorship.
What's the Job?
Migrate SharePoint Server-side solutions from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2016
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint OOB and custom application issues; provide root cause analysis promptly
Create and maintain SharePoint sites, managing content, permissions, and features
Execute product specifications, system design, development, and system integration tasks
Refactor SharePoint server-side applications and services to the latest SharePoint platforms
What's Needed?
5+ years of SharePoint server-side solution development experience using SharePoint 2007 through SharePoint 2016
8+ years in any software development role
Extensive knowledge of C#, .NET framework, and ASP.NET
Strong understanding of Microsoft IIS, SharePoint artifacts, and SQL Server
Experience with InfoPath forms, authentication methods, and third-party migration tools such as Sharegate
