Senior Product Engineer – based in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities

Lead product development activities for liquid filter elements, including requirements definition, design, prototyping, validation and release to production. Apply advanced knowledge of injection molding, metal stamping, and other high-volume manufacturing processes to ensure designs meet cost, performance and manufacturability targets. Oversee prototype builds, testing programs and performance evaluations to validate product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance during pilot builds and production ramp-up to ensure successful transition to manufacturing. Collaborate with operations, quality and supply chain teams to identify and resolve technical challenges and ensure long-term product reliability. Maintain accurate design documentation, including CAD models, drawings and engineering change notices in accordance with company standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reduce cost and optimize manufacturability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and commercialization. Demonstrated expertise in design for manufacturing (DFM). Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and ASME Y14.5 standards for engineering drawings. Familiarity with fluid mechanics, filtration principles, and product validation testing methods. Proficiency in 3D CAD software and engineering analysis tools. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in industries with a focus on high-volume, performance-critical components. Details
