What You88ll Be Doing
Monitor and optimize mill operations to ensure efficient production and equipment reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues Lead maintenance planning and execution for mill-related equipment and systems Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards What Are We Looking For
Strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes and mill operations Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels Proficiency in data analysis and use of engineering tools/software Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence Work Environment
This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. The environment includes exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE is provided and required. What We Offer
