The Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement Accounting will have full responsibility for all Go-to-Market contracts and offerings. S/He ensures compliance with all revenue accounting, sales, governance, and regulatory standards through the implementation and management of controls and procedures. Additionally, the role involves working as an influential business partner to improve RealPage’s process design, controls, and financial systems. The leader will establish strong partnerships across key teams such as sales operations, legal, product, and marketing to deliver impactful outcomes. You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of enablement accounting to meet business and regulatory needs. Success in this role requires a strong grounding in ASC 606 technical accounting, enablement, scalability, project management, and relationship building. You will effectively communicate complex ASC 606/Revenue Recognition concepts to business leaders in sales, product management, and engineering. The Sr. Director will contribute to RealPage’s Contract to Revenue Recognition process, lifecycle, and tools, with a focus on system requirements, decision-making, and project management. The role involves building and scaling these capabilities for long-term maturity. Responsibilities

Set strategic priorities, long-term vision, scope, resourcing, and direction, guiding teams to deliver innovative solutions addressing long-term risks and opportunities. Build and implement scalable programs, playbooks, and methodologies to promote knowledge sharing and behavioral change. Develop and sustain high-quality internal controls through a robust risk framework and system applications. Lead and support teams to drive business growth through clear objectives and targets. Support transformation efforts, especially in enhancing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process aligned with ASC 606 standards. Drive and implement streamlined revenue recognition processes grounded in ASC 606, ensuring accuracy and completeness of revenue recognition. Qualifications

CPA and bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent. At least 15 years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in operational accounting leadership. Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred but not required. Skills and Abilities

Technical expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition within SaaS and Fintech environments. Experience interpreting revenue contracts and documenting accounting impacts. Proven ability to develop and scale revenue enablement functions in high-growth settings. Experience designing operational models, policies, and roles for revenue teams. Knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar systems supporting revenue recognition. Understanding of SOX requirements and internal controls. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (V-lookups, functions, pivot tables). Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Salary and Benefits
