We are looking for an Civil Designer to help support our Land Development Group in our Southeast region. You will assist in the design of residential civil led development projects. We are dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative solutions that enhance communities. Join our team and start your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Clients, and other project consultants
Create residential master plans for single family attached and detached developments
Prepare permit applications
Prepare construction documents for master-planned communities
Prepare engineering calculations
Coordinate with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals
Participate in project design / client meetings and charette sessions
Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs
Oversee construction administration activities
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in land development (single-family residential)
Proficiency in Civil 3D
Strong client service
Team player mentality
