Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Location and schedule Buckhead, Atlanta, GA (on-site 5 days/week).

Job Details This role blends technical and operational backgrounds. You will be the first-level application support resource and an operations support specialist, ensuring seamless use of our proprietary platforms, integrated vendor systems, and operational workflows. You will own tier-1 technical support and engage with home office tier-2 technical support when their expertise is required. You come from the financial services industry and are familiar with custodians, performance reporting, financial planning, and CRM technologies. You are client-centric, adaptable, and eager to build strong relationships while proactively learning and mastering both technical and operational elements of your role.

Serve as first-level application support resource and operations support specialist

Ensure seamless use of proprietary platforms, integrated vendor systems, and operational workflows

Own tier-1 technical support; escalate to home office tier-2 when needed

Experience with custodians, performance reporting, financial planning, and CRM technologies

Demonstrate client-centric, adaptable, and proactive approach to mastering role responsibilities

On-site role in Buckhead; 5 days per week

Technology experience is a plus: Black Diamond, Addapar, Salesforce, eMoney, DocuSign
