What You'll Do as an Assistant Controller: Lead and Mentor a Team: As the

Assistant Controller , you'll supervise and coach three accounting staff members, oversee daily workflow, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive, productive team culture. Manage Month-End Close & Reporting: You'll take the lead on month-end and year-end close processes, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Oversee AP, AR & Internal Controls: You'll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable and receivable operations, approve vendor payments, collaborate with collections, and maintain compliance with internal controls and audit readiness. Support Budgeting & Financial Planning: The

will contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts, monitor performance against financial plans, and provide variance analyses to support data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For in an Assistant Controller: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience in high-volume accounting environments

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

Previous experience with companies of comparable revenue preferred
