The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience in governance, business planning, financial, or transactional law. Provide support to attorneys in corporate governance, business planning, mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions Draft, review, and organize corporate documents, contracts, and closing binders Conduct due diligence and manage large document productions Assist in the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of business entities Manage corporate filings, annual reports, and compliance tracking Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure accuracy and timely completion of projects Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports, agreements, and related documents Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of corporate paralegal experience Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate required Strong knowledge of governance, corporate transactions, and compliance matters Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Why This Is a Great Opportunity
