We are seeking a dynamic Associate Manager to join our
Customer Planning & Strategy
team. This role will be split evenly between brand commercialization and innovation strategy, supporting both established products and new product development across key customers and channels.
Primary Responsibilities in Customer Planning & Strategy
Primary liaison between assigned brand teams and customer teams, ensuring alignment on sales strategy and execution
Actively support customer sales teams in achieving sales and profit goals through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and executional excellence
Lead commercialization of brand plans across channels, including assortment, display, pricing, promotion, and shelving
Guide customer-specific product initiatives (e.g., exclusive items, displays) through the stage gate process
Develop and maintain sales tools and presentation materials for internal and external use, inclusive of customer presentations, line reviews and innovation sell in
Support execution of shopper marketing programs that align with brand strategies and drive in-store impact
Build and leverage relationships with cross functional counterparts including customer account teams, trade development, marketing and finance
Act as the voice of the customer in innovation planning, partnering with brand and insights teams to shape product propositions and selling stories for assigned brands
Lead route-to-market and channel strategy discussions for new product launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure innovation plans are customer-ready by Gate 4 of the NPD process
Support customer teams in maximizing growth and share through innovation, including pricing, placement, and promotional strategy
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar
4+ years in sales, brand, or channel/trade marketing, or customer strategic planning experience
Ability to devise persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives internally and externally with customer partners
Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively across teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; experience with syndicated data tools (NIQ, SPINS, Tableau) and MS Office

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations and targeted salary is midpoint of range.
