On‑Site Construction Manager/Superintendent – Dallas, TX
Oversee all on‑site construction activities and daily field operations. Proven track record of managing both ground‑up and renovation projects. Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. Negotiate pricing and contract terms. Review and maintain project schedules. Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills. 8–10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or On‑Site Construction Manager. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Buildertrend, etc.) and Microsoft Office 365. Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. OSHA certification.
