Practice Highlights Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care for an otolaryngology practice. This practice has a structured and supportive clinic environment where providers work together alongside the supervising physician as a team with colleagues to evaluate and treat patients with their ENT needs. This practice is looking for an additional Provider to join the team to support growth in Canyon County between the Nampa and brand new Caldwell ENT clinic that will be opening in Fall of 2025. The Saint Alphonsus ENT Clinic promotes collaboration with a team of specialists to include comprehensive rehabilitation services. The ENT practice provides a full range of general pediatric and adult ENT services, head & neck, full audiology, vestibular therapy, speech therapy & voice analysis, video stroboscope, rhinology, and laryngology services.
Responsibilities The provider will see patients in clinic with the ability to eventually run an independent clinic in partnership with supervising physician, assist with patient rounding in the hospital as needed, and assist in surgical cases in the operating room. The provider will also ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the medical treatment facility and request timely consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources. Expertise and proficiency utilizing electronic health records is necessary.
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho; Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
Physician Assistant: Successful completion of PA Graduate Program (Masters Level preferred) and NCCPA certification (PA-C).
Nurse Practitioner: Successful completion of NP Graduate Program (Masters Level preferred) and either AANP or ANCC certification.
Strong medical background and desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group.
Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC- Nampa and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed.
Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
