About the Department/College:
The Department of Information Systems, Management and Marketing (IMM) in the W. A. Franke College of Business (FCB) at NAU in Flagstaff invites applications for one career‑track (non‑tenure‑track) position to teach in the field of business to begin August 2025.
Responsibilities Include:
Teaching Marketing courses in the fall and spring semesters, a normal teaching load of 12 credit hours or 4 courses per semester. These courses may include in‑person, hybrid, and online courses.
Participating in departmental and college service activities.
Engage in a program of intellectual activities or professional qualification requirements in accordance with FCB and AACSB guidelines.
This is a 9‑month non‑tenure track position.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate degree in marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field from an AACSB accredited institution by appointment date.
5 years' professional/industry experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, social media or related field.
Ability to meet AACSB academic or professional qualification requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in teaching one or more of the following:
MBA or graduate level marketing classes.
Marketing analytics classes.
Digital marketing classes.
Consumer Behavior classes.
Social media classes.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Experience in teaching MBA or graduate level marketing classes, Marketing analytics, Digital marketing, Consumer Behavior, Social media at the college and graduate level. Submission of student evaluations of teaching is required.
Ability to meet AACSB academic or professional qualification requirements.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $81,111 - $82,914 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Faculty (FAC) position with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance; participation in ASRS or ORP retirement options; sick leave and holidays; tuition reduction for employees and qualified family members.
