Worker Compensation Claims Adjuster - We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to assist our team in Rocklin, with team presence in Glendale, CA. The role supports a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to high-quality claim handling and adherence to company standards and regulations. Team context: You will work within a team of 7, including 5 Claims Adjusters and 2 Claims staff, to ensure exceptional claim handling and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and feedback to team members to enhance skills and performance. Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with relevant statutes and company guidelines. Address personnel issues promptly and decisively, keeping management informed of corrective action. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment focused on excellence in claim resolution.
