Location: USA – The Chemours Co. FC, LLC MS, Pass Christian Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: System Specialist – WMS Super User – 101932 Time Type: Full Time Responsibilities
The WMS Super User Supervisor is responsible for the efficient transmission of information and the storage and analysis of information by means of computer networks and systems, the Internet and computer databases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to installing, maintaining, and supporting the facilities computer systems. The WMS Super User Supervisor provides general maintenance and system updates on network hardware and software, analyzes problems, monitors networks to ensure availability, gathers data to evaluate a system’s performance, identifies user needs, determines system and network requirements, and may be required to be “on call” outside of normal business hours. Act as the primary support of the client’s systems solutions for the user community. Develop and maintain tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource. Engage appropriate expert resources when complex support issues arise outside of the WMS and/or SAP application. Work with the company’s team to successfully close support service request issues and support testing activities. Work with project teams to help implement, maintain, and improve internal systems. Ensure that company and company assets are maintained responsibly. Effectively communicate relevant IT‑related information to site management and client management. Maintain system efficiency; ensure the site’s computer system allows all components to work together properly. Test and coordinate modifications to the system when needed and troubleshoot problems when they occur. Maintain communication with corporate IT and operations staff. Work with corporate IT to resolve complex issues. Determine ways to store, organize, analyze, use, and present data. Produce regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ensure all RF Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current. Train associates on updated SOPs, Microsoft Office, WMS programs, and RF guns. Respond to all inquiries about WMS and related computer issues. Refer questions to appropriate person when needed. Maintain professional verbal and written communication with all internal and external customers. Adhere to professional etiquette standards when communicating with management, coworkers, customer, and visitors. Assist with various research projects and special projects. Oversee manpower, recruiting, retention, and development of people for the operation scope of responsibility. Ensure that procedures exist at all sites to guarantee client service, productivity, and facilities and equipment maintenance. Set goals to provide continuous improvement for the site. Other Duties

Mid to Senior Microsoft Office skills. Technical knowledge of technologies appropriate to the assigned application or set of applications. Experience in the administration and maintenance of infrastructure, software, systems, etc. Experience with Red Prairie, RF/ RDTs, UNIX, proprietary WMS. Wi-Fi experience / RF systems and equipment experience. English (reading, writing, verbal). Interpersonal communication and language skills. Communication facilitation skills for all organizational levels. Basic to intermediate skills required. Business & financial acumen. Analytical skills. Education & Experience
Either a four‑year degree in a computer‑related field or a 2‑year degree and relevant experience is required. Minimum of 2 years of job‑related / relevant experience. 3‑5 years of experience is preferred. Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients. End‑to‑end understanding of the business intelligence and all components required to run a BI environment. Certificates & Licenses
Must pass DSV Superuser exam. Mathematical Skills
