PrideStaff is recruiting for a global leader in manufacturing who is searching for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and maintain the quality management systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as a key customer-facing representative for quality-related matters. The ideal Quality Assurance Manager demonstrates excellent knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, compliance standards, and manufacturing operations. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality assurance matters, including audits, products, processes, and ensure compliance while developing a culture of quality and growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative, ensuring system compliance, certification, audits, and continuous improvement.
Plan, conduct, and lead internal audits; coordinate and support external audits with customers, registrars, and regulatory agencies.
Maintain and improve quality management systems and documentation.
Act as the primary customer-facing representative for quality, managing feedback, complaints, and corrective actions.
Generate and report metrics aligned with company goals and objectives.
Oversee contract review and configuration control processes.
Ensure compliance with regulations including NAFTA, ITAR, RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals.
Interpret mechanical drawings and define quality plans for manufacturing and inspection.
Partner with a cross-functional team to integrate quality standards throughout operations.
Support industry-specific requirements across military, aerospace, and automotive standards including APQP and PPAP.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives, training, and a strong quality culture across the company.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Required.
5+ Years of ISO 9001:2015 Experience with the ability to act as a Management Representative.
5+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing, preferably in machining or screw machine environments.
Proven Experience maintaining quality management systems and leading internal/external audits.
Strong background in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with compliance requirements, NAFTA, ITAR, ROHS, REACH, and conflict minerals.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and establish quality control plans.
Experience with military and aerospace standards.
Experience with automotive APQP and PPAP processes.
Exceptional attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and ability to work independently.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hiring Requirements
Must be 18+ Years Old.
