Responsibilities
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Develop and maintain accurate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures.
Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in diagnostic procedures.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the patient care areas.

Qualifications
Requirements Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire. Completion of an accredited Practical Nurse program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Basic life support (BLS) certification required. Previous experience in a medical setting preferred, but not mandatory. Able to pass a background check. Over 21 of age Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
