Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
Plan and organize work schedules, file important documents, and communicate with stakeholders and hotel departments about sales-related information
Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied
Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, special events
Prepare sales presentations and support materials for prospective customers, such as suitable event space, dining and catering services, hotel bookings, and access to relevant facilities
Qualifications
Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
Stays organized and manage time well
Proven track record of sales success
Compensation $19 – $20 hourly
