Account Executive, Large Enterprise at Gartner. Account Executives are solution-oriented professionals who help clients with their most important critical challenges. This is a field sales role responsible for direct client contract value retention and growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. The territory includes specific major client accounts and carries a sales quota of 500K+ in contract value. What you’ll do

Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an enterprise-wide strategy that improves the value delivered by Gartner products and services Manage accounts toward increased customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth Fulfill a quota of 500K+ in contract value within a territory of major client accounts Forecast accurately on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis What you need

6–10 years of external, validated consultative sales experience with demonstrated success Proficiency in account planning and understanding of territory management Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships in midsize to large organizations Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen Proven ability to build excellent client relationships through insightful and strategic business recommendations Strong computer skills Excellent written and oral presentation skills Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process, from prospecting to close Bachelor’s degree is preferred Who we are

Gartner offers world-class benefits, highly competitive compensation, and rewards for top performers. In our hybrid work environment, you\'ll have flexibility to work productively remotely and collaborate in person as needed. We provide a supportive environment to help you thrive. Salary range: $98,000–$143,000 base, with additional bonus or incentive opportunities. Actual compensation varies by education, training, experience, achievement, business need, and location.
