Veterinary Cardiologist
Westford Veterinary Emergency Referral Center is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Cardiologist to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community.
Founded in 2012, Westford Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center spans 3 buildings totaling 17,000 square feet and offers 24/7 emergency & critical care, urgent care, anesthesiology & pain management, internal medicine, orthopedic & soft tissue surgery, neurology & neurosurgery, and physical therapy. The campus features an in‑house laboratory, 3 diagnostic radiology rooms, 3 ultrasound suites, 6 roomy surgical suites, a CT scanner, a digital endoscope system, a minimally invasive surgery tower, and a 1.5T MRI.
Located in the beautiful Nashoba Valley region of Massachusetts, the center is within 20 miles of Boston and close to Cape Cod, New Hampshire, and Maine.
Salary: $200,000 annual salary. Position eligible for sign‑on and relocation bonus.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and improve the quality of medical procedures.
Answer client questions and concerns regarding medical procedures and patient status.
Oversee and direct medical standards and quality of care.
Establish medical protocols in conjunction with DVM staff.
Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training as appropriate.

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree or equivalent required.
Board Certified or Board Eligible Veterinary Cardiologist.
Ability to attain Massachusetts Veterinary License.
Employment will require the successful completion of references and background check.
