R354967Job Description**About the Role:**The position will provide domain expertise in modeling simulation to inform clinical pharmacology and drug development support of the company's pipeline. This position will interact with clinical pharmacology leads and other members of cross-disciplinary teams in support of multiple early- and late-stage programs. This position is expected to execute modeling and simulation strategy through a combination of direct contributions and collaborations with pharmacometrics experts in company headquarters.As a technical expert, this individual will utilize a variety of analytic software to integrate PK drug concentration-time measures, pharmacodynamic responses, and clinical safety and efficacy information for PK/PD and modeling and simulation (M&S) analyses. This individual will perform high-quality PMx analyses, including population PK modeling, PK-PD modeling, exposure-response analysis, and PBPK modeling to inform critical dose selection decisions in the early clinical development and support late development for regulatory filing.**Candidate Requirements:*** Ph.D. in pharmacometrics, pharmaceutical sciences, or related discipline with 2-4 (Manager) or 5+ (Sr. Manager) years of post-doctoral experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical drug development or academia.* Expertise in pharmacometrics (like model-based meta-analysis, dose-response and exposure-response analyses, disease modelling, machine learning methods) with ability to understand how model-informed drug discovery can support regulatory decisions* Deep knowledge of drug development, pharmacokinetics and pharmacology and basic science skills required* Team spirit, bright, persistent, organized, and flexible.* Fluent in both English and Chinese (oral and written).* Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: NONMEM, R, Matlab/ SimBiology**Preferred Requirements:*** industry experience in drug development is preferred**Required Skills:**Clinical Pharmacology, Drug Discovery Process, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH GCP Guidelines, Machine Learning Algorithms, Pharmaceutical Research, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacodynamics, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacotherapeutics, PKPD Modeling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)**Preferred Skills:**Current Employees applyCurrent Contingent Workers apply**Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully**
