Our client, the financial services industry, is seeking a Loan Servicing Analyst to join their team. As a Loan Servicing Analyst, you will be part of the Middle/Back Office supporting the Agency & Special Loan Product Services Department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title Loan Servicing Analyst
Location Charlotte, NC
Pay Range 45-50/hr
What’s the Job?
Coordinate, review, and input data for new deals and amendments in the system
Ensure accurate reflection of credit agreements and credit approvals in bank books
Process new drawdowns, paydowns, LC activities, and fees for syndicated deals
Maintain accurate data and support customer lending services
Follow up on open documentation issues and coordinate daily closings with the front office and supervisor
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan administration and managing bilateral and syndicated deals
Ability to interpret credit agreements and related documentation
Proficiency in loan servicing processes and software, preferably Loan IQ
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with internal and external stakeholders
