Be responsible for incoming calls to the IT department handling tier 1 support issues Triaging tickets—troubleshooting, handling, transferring, writing and confirming tickets Monitor IT department emails—maintain the general IT email Qualifications
Desktop and Helpdesk Support experience is a plus but open to training someone more green—troubleshooting via phone and experience triaging tickets A+ Cert or similar Cert OR IT Degree Active Directory (new user setup and password resets) is a plus Office 365 experience (specifically MS Exchange) highly preferred Strong customer service skills – strong communicator, comfortable asking for help when needed and can provide insight to meetings If Interested
