We are seeking a Construction Loan Administrator to become a part of our team! Help administer and process our construction loans and fulfill our post-construction documentation requirements. 1st Tribal Lending provides construction loans to Americans and Tribes to provide housing across the country. Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing construction projects before loan closing to ensure project is well budgeted Order and review progress draw inspections for completion and program compliance. Disburse funds for approved draws. Communicate with builders, borrowers and 1st Tribal Lending staff. Package documentation from completed construction projects for submission to HUD Qualifications

Previous experience in construction administration or management a plus No lending experience is required. Ability to build rapport with clients Strong organization and attention to detail Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills 1st Tribal Lending is an independently managed division of Click n' Close Inc. 1st Tribal specializes in the HUD Section 184 loan guaranty program for Americans to buy and build homes both on and off reservations.
