THE POSITION FanDuel is looking for a Marketing Associate to support our promotional moments and Reward Machine initiatives. You will play a key role on the Casino Customer Marketing team supporting, helping elevate our customer engagement efforts through operational excellence and scaling our promotional processes. This role will collaborate with multiple departments within FanDuel including, but not limited to, Operations, Marketing Technology, Customer Service, Brand, Product, and Commercial. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate the customer experience while executing revenue generating marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play

Oversee end-to-end executional elements of promotional campaigns and Reward Machine initiatives, including but not limited to, creation, deployment, QA and channel optimization

Own promotional briefing with core delivery stakeholders (Ops, Creative, Legal) defining objectives and requirements, while continually providing feedback and tracking delivery

Serve as a key liaison by chairing regular strategic updates with internal stakeholders, clearly articulating customer marketing strategies, campaign insights, and recommendations

Represent the player and enhance the experience by partnering with Customer Service to monitor customer pain points and Research teams to source insights and data

Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our current customer base

Become a SME of comms strategy, utilizing campaign data to inform planning and communicating actionable insights to marketing leaders

Monitor and analyze the campaign performance, measuring against key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting successes, opportunity areas, and player impacts

Develop standardized processes and develop economies of scale for our promotion execution and strategic playbook

Grow knowledge of our marketing technology stack and identify opportunities to turn manual processes into automated capabilities

Collaborate with Marketing organization for the planning and implementation of Casino marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility and drive customer engagement

Continually support team members with a one-team mentality, providing operational coverage

THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing or similar roles, with the ability to manage complex campaigns from conception to execution

Top-notch organizational and project management skills to handle concurrent initiatives, balancing progress on long‑term projects with BAU promotional delivery deadlines

Strong marketing mindset to launch promotional initiatives with excellence and contribute to strategies

Exceptional verbal and written communication to collaborate with stakeholders and leaders

Comfort with data and insights to measure performance and contribute to decision making

Has a positive attitude and loves being a team player

Knowledge / experience working within a heavily regulated industry preferred

Interest in I‑gaming and Casinos a plus

Bachelor’s degree required

The applicable hourly range for this position is $35.10 - $43.75 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
