Role details
We are recruiting for a Generalist or Advanced Endoscopist (ERCP +/- EUS). There is a strong referral base for general GI and/or for those that perform EUS. Advanced Endoscopist will have a dedicated day per week for those procedures without impacting compensation. Excellent collaboration with local foregut and hepatobiliary surgeons. Generalist position is evenly split between the ASC and office. All physicians have a 4 day work week. Hospital call is light and at a single hospital.
Responsibilities
Provide gastroenterology care as a Generalist, with optional advanced endoscopy (ERCP +/- EUS) for eligible candidates.
Collaborate with foregut and hepatobiliary surgeons.
Share responsibilities between ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and physician office.
Maintain a 4-day work week and light hospital call at a single hospital.
Support a strong referral base and participate in a team-oriented culture focused on quality care and work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000 retention bonus
Pay range $450k – 750k with first year guarantee commensurate with experience
Innovative salary-based compensation model that is competitive and flexible
4-day workweek with a focus on general GI
12 – 17 patients per day
Dedicated GI hospitalist to cover weekday daytime general call
Partnership after 2 years
Excellent benefits with retirement plan and paid malpractice and tail coverage

We are rooted in Southwest Washington, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The area offers a variety of housing options from suburban neighborhoods, downtown high rises or rural locations with acreage.
