Summary of the Role: We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Sales Executives at different levels, supporting our award-winning and market-leading SafeSend Returns (SSR) and SurePrep solutions. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, aligning sales strategies, and driving performance across the SafeSend and SurePrep portfolio.

About the Role

Lead and manage a team of Associate, mid-level, and Senior Sales Executives focused on selling SafeSend and SurePrep solutions.

Operate in an overlay capacity, partnering with Tax Workflow sales leaders and reps to ensure your team is aligning territory strategies, coordinating sales efforts, and ensuring seamless customer engagement.

Set clear performance expectations and coach team members to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Drive pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline across the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, product, and customer success to support sales campaigns, product launches, and customer feedback loops.

Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership on team performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities.

Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales talent.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You

7+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role.

Proven success in leading sales teams and driving quota attainment.

Experience in overlay or matrixed sales environments, with a strong ability to partner across teams.

Deep understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and strategic account planning.

Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing talent.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with accounting and tax firm environments (preferred).

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

A collaborative, energetic, and results-driven mindset.

Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools (required).

Compensation For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $199,500 - $370,500. This includes both base pay and any target sales incentive.
