PHP & Wordpress Developer job at Novalink Solutions LLC. Raleigh, NC. NCDNCR has an IMMEDIATE need for a PHP and Wordpress Developer to get their website up and running again. Candidates need to be available immediately for the duration of the engagement. There may be a small extension to complete the work, if needed. To support existing NC Museum of Natural Sciences (NCMNS) website: Website Access Restoration: Diagnose and repair issues related to the missing WordPress login PHP file, restoring the login functionality for administrative and content management access. Static Pages Restoration: Diagnose and repair issues related to the inability to make live changes made to the static portions of the site. Codebase Stabilization: Identify problematic custom PHP code, outdated plugins, and legacy configurations that contribute to website instability, applying fixes as necessary to support ongoing use. Content Management Support: Make minor updates to improve navigation and usability where feasible, given the current structure, to facilitate better access for public users and ease of content management. Short-Term Maintenance Recommendations: Provide guidance on maintaining the websites operability over the short term, including essential updates and monitoring for potential points of failure. Documentation: Document any repairs, temporary fixes, or recommendations for the NCMNS team to maintain site functionality and address minor issues. Requirements

Extensive experience with PHP Development Experience with WordPress Development Experience reviewing existing code to diagnose and repair issues related to missing WordPress login PHP files Experience restoring the login functionality for administrative and content management access.
