Job Description The Mortgage Warehouse Administrator position is responsible for the review of documentation and processing of requests throughout the life of a warehouse line loan.

Responsibilities

Review documentation input in WLS system to verify that the information input into WLS corresponds with the documentation received

Return or decline loans when appropriate

Prepare necessary forms and tickets for the disbursement wires

Review and process incoming document files

Endorse and ship original Notes to investors as requested by originators

Review and process incoming Payoffs/Settlement documentation, and prepare necessary tickets

Prepare and distribute weekly Mortgage Warehouse Line reports

Set up new originators in WLS system per loan approval

Set up accesses for new originator personnel in WLS system

Set up new closing agents in WLS system, including verifying wire instructions and reviewing current insurance coverages

Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on the WLS system for originators and closing agents

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

General knowledge of residential mortgage lending business preferred

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Commercial Loan Administrator desired

Familiar with FIS (or similar) loan system preferred

Excellent communication and organization skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Exercise good judgement and excellent decision making skills
