Position Overview
The Brand Specialist plays a key role in shaping and communicating the brand’s identity across channels. This role supports brand-building initiatives through content creation, PR, storytelling, and go-to-market execution. The Brand Specialist ensures that all messaging and creative assets reflect a consistent brand voice and visual standard while working closely with cross-functional partners to bring brand projects to life.
Key Responsibilities Brand Management & Strategy
Support the development and execution of brand initiatives, campaigns, and launches.
Maintain and enforce brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, Product, and SEO, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across channels.
Manage brand projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Content & Communications
Manage the company blog, including content planning, writing, editing, and coordination with SEO team to ensure discoverability while maintaining brand voice.
Write and edit engaging product copy for marketing materials, and e-commerce platform.
Develop and refine website copy to ensure alignment with brand storytelling and user experience best practices.
Support PR initiatives, including press releases and media relations, to build brand visibility and credibility.
Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, idea generation, asset organization, and campaign optimization, while maintaining human oversight and brand authenticity.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create GTM assets for new product launches and campaigns.
Manage organization and distribution of brand assets to ensure cohesive and efficient launches.
Track, measure, and report on campaign and content performance to support continuous brand improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or communications.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative and SEO teams to optimize brand content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Understanding of branding principles and brand voice development.
Preferred Skills
Experience in consumer products, home décor, or e-commerce brands.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Shopify).
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Understanding of PR strategy and experience managing brand launches.
