They have over 3,000 employees and more than 60 facilities. This is a backfill role due to an internal promotion, highlighting the excellent upward mobility available.
The Role: As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to maintain current relationships and focus on increasing sales volume with those established customers in the Seattle market. This is a remote, field-based position requiring daily travel, with an expectation to be on the road three days a week and have one office day per week.
Key Responsibilities and Territory:
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen current customer relationships. The territory's existing business of $2.3 million is heavily reliant on a core group of customers.
Sales Growth: Achieve immediate goals of increasing sales volume to these current customers.
Territory Coverage: Cover the market encompassing Seattle and west through the peninsula.
Customer Base: Primarily serve Cabinet and Furniture Manufacturers, Contractors and Builders, and Architects.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile: The client prioritizes culture first and product second, seeking an individual who will be a strong cultural fit for their tight-knit team.
