Responsibilities
Primarily clinic-based with occasional hospital rounding.
40‑hour week (5x8 or 4x10 schedule).
Daily patient volume: 15–20.
Use MOSAIQ EMR and treatment planning system.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team: 5 oncologists, RN and admin staff, phone triage, 4 nurse practitioners (3 see patients, 1 handles infusion orders), and a radiation oncologist.
Qualifications
Board certified in Hematology/Oncology.
Active state license (Indiana).
Prescriptive authority in Indiana.
Experience with outpatient oncology clinic preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
