Your Compensation Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $77,968.80 - $97,461 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $77,968.80 - $116,953.20. In this role you will be eligible to receive additional compensation through incentives.
What You'll Do Responsibilities:
Help generate business loans from current and potential members up to $500,000, with an emphasis on SBA 7(a) loans, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Lines of Credit (LOC), and Commercial Term Loans.
Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and creating business relationships, while training branch employees on business lending products.
Conduct credit pre-screen analyses, prepare credit memoranda for approval, manage small business loan programs, and perform credit administration tasks.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in the business lending field required, preferably in a financial institution.
SBA experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Requirements
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a clean driving history.
Hours and Location A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours work. Locations include Pacific Plaza (Tacoma), Alderwood, or Downtown Olympia. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate. You may work in-person and remotely after 90 days of employment.
