We’re growing and on the lookout for a freelance-to-perm Senior Creative Strategist who is curious, motivated, and ready to jump into the fast-moving world of experiential. If you thrive on collaboration, love managing complex projects with smart people, and are hungry to keep learning, you’ll fit right in. Our team looks for a multi-hyphenate thinker: part strategist, part storyteller, and obsessed with big ideas that move people. You’ll dive into research, craft narratives that stick, and lead brainstorms that spark culture-shifting concepts. You’ll concept, pitch, write, and shape experiential activations for a diverse roster of clients, bringing insight and imagination together to make the work sing. Location is flexible within the United States; candidates in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, or Chicago are preferred. For those in New York, we offer access to a flexible NYC office space for team collaboration 2 days a week. Responsibilities
Develop ideas, strategies, and creative concepts that transform client goals into powerful brand experiences online, offline, and everywhere in between. Write and concept with intention, crafting copy that flexes across multiple brand voices and platforms while staying rooted in strategy. Inspire and influence clients through dynamic presentations and bold, thought-led storytelling. Turn research into insights that spark brainstorms, shape ideas, and ensure alignment with briefs, RFPs, and brand purpose. Define measurable objectives and KPIs to guide concept development and ensure every creative move drives impact. Lead the creation of big, culture-worthy ideas during RFP and pitch phases, helping win the room and the work. Craft thoughtful, cohesive pitch decks and strategic narratives that blend insight, creativity, and clarity into a compelling story arc. Partner with the design team to build visually stunning presentations that bring strategy and creativity to life. Own the pitch process from start to finish, leading concepting, writing, and presenting with confidence and flair, whether solo or with the team. Additional Responsibilities:
Manage award submissions, create copy that celebrates our best work, and help strategize future content and award opportunities. Contribute to agency thought leadership through POVs, trend reports, internal newsletters, and creative initiatives. Support account teams by analyzing KPIs, tracking ROI and ROE, and translating data into meaningful insights that push creative and performance further. Keep a pulse on client brands, competitors, and cultural trends to uncover opportunities for fresh, relevant, and ownable ideas. Provide smart, flexible copywriting support across campaign messaging, email copy, signage, social content, and more. Manage multiple projects with precision and creativity, maintaining attention to detail while keeping sight of the big picture. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the confidence to articulate ideas that engage audiences. Ability to command a room and clearly express experiential strategies that inspire action. Strong copywriting skills with versatility across tones, audiences, and brand personalities. Comfortable leading discovery calls, architecting decks, and pitching capabilities that impress. Entrepreneurial mindset that’s self-motivated, resourceful, and endlessly curious. Love for collaboration and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, creative environment. Minimum Qualifications: 4–8 years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent real-world experience. Mastery of written communication and the ability to adapt voice across brands and industries. Experience presenting internally and externally with clarity, creativity, and confidence. Collaborative spirit with curiosity and creative flexibility. Proficiency in Google Suite and common agency tools. Willingness to travel for client work, activations, or creative collaborations. Salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000, commensurate with years of experience and depending on location.
