Overview Responsible for day-to-day benefits administration, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across internal teams and with leadership on the overall Total Rewards strategy.
Responsibilities
Manage Health, Welfare and Retirement offerings.
Recommends benefit programs
Analyzes team member requirements, trends and overall changes in the benefits landscape.
Responds to escalated team member inquiries regarding benefits.
Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the team members; makes work assignments
Reviews and edits work of direct reports
Ensures team members are adequately trained and are competent to perform all required job task.
Manages annual open enrollment.
Provides audit support during annual audits
Works with auditors to ensure all necessary information is received.
Develops communication plans for benefit changes.
Coordinates required notice distribution via email and printed materials.

Salary Range The compensation range for this position is $47.73 per hour - $82.1 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
