The Sr. Enterprise Applications Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and related financial modules. This role is part of a high-impact team driving Phase 2 of a multi-year Oracle Fusion transformation initiative, with Phase 3 planned for 2027. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across Oracle Fusion PPM, Contracts, Revenue Management, and Financials, supporting both business unit-specific and enterprise-wide objectives. This position requires deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, especially in project accounting, revenue recognition, and subledger integration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex financial processes, configuring cloud-based solutions, and advising stakeholders on best practices under ASC 606 and IFRS 15. Responsibilities
Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion PPM, including Project Costing, Billing, Revenue, Contracts, and RMCS. Lead and support period close activities across AP, AR, GL, FA, and PPM, ensuring proper reconciliation and sequencing. Configure and manage performance obligation templates, SSP rules, and revenue contracts in alignment with ASC 606. Design and maintain integrations between PPM and Contracts/Receivables, including billing events and automated AR transfers. Monitor and manage Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates, ensuring alignment between actuals and forecasts. Define and implement Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules to support rule-based accounting across modules. Utilize Accounting Hub to centralize accounting for non-Oracle systems when applicable. Perform data uploads and validations using FBDI and ADFdi for mass transactions such as supplier imports and project budgets. Configure and maintain workflow approvals (BPM), customizing hierarchies based on project type, cost center, and thresholds. Collaborate with business units to define strategic roadmaps and optimize processes using Oracle Fusion and other SaaS platforms. Lead requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, and solution delivery across multiple departments. Support audit readiness and compliance with internal controls and external standards. Provide training and documentation to ensure adoption and long-term sustainability of solutions. Qualifications
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). 12–15 years of experience with Oracle ERP, including 8+ years hands-on with Oracle Fusion PPM and Financials. Strong understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15, revenue recognition, and project accounting. Experience with Oracle RMCS, SLA configuration, and Accounting Hub. Familiarity with Oracle EBS vs. Fusion Cloud differences, including role-based security and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher). Proficiency in workflow configuration (BPM) and data tools (FBDI, ADFdi). Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Desired Skills:
Experience conducting business requirement workshops and cross-functional collaboration. Big-picture mindset with tactical execution skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
