R-35458**Location:**4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144**Location:**Mobile, in office 3 days a week at 4910 Tiedeman Rd, Brooklyn, OH.**Job Summary:**KeyBank’s Digital Marketing Design team is looking to hire a Senior Art DirectorThe Senior Art Director will be a self-starter and work with cross-functional teams and creative leadership on a range of KeyBank’s visual creative design needs.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, compelling designs for banking clients and prospects. Design skills require an advanced understanding of typography, layout, image usage, and branding to create client-centric designs that enhance KeyBank’s brand and work across multiple platforms including digital and social. The ability to solve problems and communicate effectively within a team of designers, writers, and developers is also important for this role.**Capabilities include:*** Solid graphic design skills focused on imagery, layout, color, typography, and brand interpretation* Experienced in creating user-friendly designs for desktop and mobile platforms* Ability to drive the execution of all design work from concept to final delivery of assets* Ability to work independently but communicate progress and gather feedback* Ability to work on tight deadlines* Motivation to find solutions to design problems and understand the wider client experience* Ability to interpret brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency**Typical work and needs include:*** Creating concepts and designs for Key,com, social design, and various other client touchpoints* Collaborate effectively with writers, business partners, and the wider Marketing team* Communicates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business goals and present solutions**Software skills required include:*** Adobe Creative Suite (focused on Photoshop and Illustrator)* Figma* After Effects* MS Office suite**Additional skills in the following are a plus:*** Social Media design capabilities* Motion Graphics* Print design**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, visual communications, or related field* 5+ years of professional design experience.* Portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design expertise and skills* Strong attention to detail* Strong work ethic and personal accountability* Reliable and communicativeResume and digital link to portfolio are required.*his position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens.*COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
