Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to create compelling ad copy and landing page strategies to maximize conversions
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
A/B test ad variations, audiences, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results
Track and analyze lead quality and conversion rates through the sales funnel
Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content that showcases projects, company culture, safety initiatives, and industry leadership
Plan and coordinate social media campaigns aligned with business objectives and seasonal opportunities
Monitor social media metrics and engagement, providing regular performance reports
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build community around the POLK Nation brand
Collaborate with field teams and project managers to capture compelling project stories and employee spotlights
Stay current on social media trends and platform updates relevant to the construction industry
Digital Marketing Project Coordination
Serve as the central coordinator for all digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to align marketing efforts with business prioritiesEnsure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns
Maintain marketing calendars and documentation
Support event marketing and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed
Analytics and Reporting
Track, measure, and report on all digital marketing activities and KPIs
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance
Prepare monthly reports for leadership team
Required Qualifications Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with strong emphasis on PPC campaign management
Demonstrated expertise managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital platforms
Strong track record of social media marketing planning and execution across multiple platforms
Experience coordinating complex marketing projects with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Technical Proficiency
Google Ads and Google Analytics (certification preferred)
Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools)
Preferred Qualifications Highly Desirable
Experience in construction, commercial real estate, or B2B industrial sectors
Understanding of the construction industry landscape, buyer personas, and sales cycles
Web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic WordPress or CMS management)
SEO best practices and implementation experience
Experience with marketing automation tools
Additional digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot)
