Anistar Technologies is seeking a
Security Technician
to install and service access control, CCTV, and surveillance systems. The position supports the security solutions business by installing and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV equipment.
Responsibilities:
Access control installation in commercial construction environments
Door access control systems trim-out
Pulling cable into access control systems
Working from scissor/boom lifts if required
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Pulling, routing, installing, and terminating structured cabling infrastructure in a commercial environment
4+ years’ experience installing and servicing voice and data systems in a commercial setting
Ownership of basic telecom tools: punch down, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, hard hat, boots, safety glasses, etc.
Familiarity with Lenel, Verkada, S2, Milestone, and Genetec systems
