Advanced Practice Provider
to join our Express Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois.
Opportunity Details
PRN position
Limited lab and X-ray on site
Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm; Express locations are open 365 days per year
Candidates must be willing to float to our other Urgent Care and Express Care locations in the Greater Peoria Region
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
Average patients/day will vary based on clinic location
Willingness to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group
No call requirements
Be part of a strong, stable, financially‑sound and innovative healthcare system
Education Requirements Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Licensure/Certification Requirements Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position is $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
