We are seeking an experienced Archaeologist to schedule, manage, and conduct Phase I-III fieldwork, lab analysis, and research for archaeological projects. You will assist Senior Archaeologists, lead portions of investigations, and contribute to report writing. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for both fieldwork and research, looking to advance their career while working on diverse archaeological projects across Texas and nearby regions. Key Responsibilities

Conduct Phase I-III archaeological field investigations, including artifact identification and site evaluation. Collect and analyze data from historic and prehistoric sites. Document research findings, methodologies, and field observations. Assist in preparing and reviewing archaeological reports and site forms. Collaborate with technical field, lab, office, and administrative teams to ensure projects meet professional and company standards. Support decision-making regarding project alternatives and mitigation of adverse effects to archaeological resources. Prepare artifacts and project records for proper curation. Required Skills & Qualifications

Master\'s Degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Must meet the Secretary of the Interior\'s Professional Qualification Standards for Archaeologists. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Proven regional expertise in historic and/or prehistoric archaeology. Demonstrated supervisory skills in Phase I-III fieldwork. Strong written and oral communication skills; must provide a writing sample (thesis, dissertation, or archaeological report). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver\'s license required. Preferred Qualifications

Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA). Experience with ArcGISPro, Field Maps, Google Earth, or other GIS platforms. Texas Antiquities Permit experience. Significant laboratory and artifact curation experience.
