Your Key Responsibilities
Help clients improve the workplace experience by creating more collaborative environments.
Identify, evaluate, and deploy digital workplace and smart building technology solutions; architect digital solutions to improve asset utilization, manage costs, and improve workflows.
Redesign CRE management operations using superior IoT-driven digital twin solutions that enable a more productive workplace experience and manage overall cost of ownership.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Support engagement with clients to diagnose CRE challenges and identify EY’s suite of services.
Manage CRE/capital projects technology, digital workplace and smart building engagements from visioning to integration. Coach practitioners on technical issues.
Help leadership build new markets and generate demand for digital workplace and smart building advisory services.
Communicate EY’s point of view on relevant CRE topics and trends.
Experience managing the creation of proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.
Analyze and draw insights from complex data sets. Conduct research and create reports.
Interact at all levels of the client organization; strong interpersonal and relationship building capabilities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills; storytelling ability.
Passion for strategic problem solving and intellectual curiosity.
Eagerness to mentor and counsel junior staff and ability to work independently with multiple tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, Real Estate, Technology or similar; 5+ years related experience or graduate degree and 3+ years. Minimum 5 years of senior consulting experience.
Experience in the technology digital workplace and/or smart buildings arena for CRE and capital projects.
Support consulting practices for CRE/capital projects technology; skills in analytics, ICT, and broader digital solutions.
Business and technical orientation; ability to develop business cases and communicate to engineering teams.
Experience with agile systems implementation and program/project management (resource planning, scheduling, budgeting).
High proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong writing and presentation skills; capability to manage distributed teams.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Ideal Candidate
Experience managing teams focused on CRE/capital projects technology, digital workplace and smart building solutions; familiarity with AI/ML, natural language processing, robotics, speech recognition.
Understanding of cyber security technologies; knowledge of IWMS, CRE point solutions, capital project management solutions, CCTV access control, sensors, CAD and building automation.
Familiarity with digital twin for building systems and IoT solutioning.
Ability to leverage firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting.
