Job Description: We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN hospitalist to provide comprehensive 24/7 in-house coverage. The responsibilities include: Responsibilities
Attending deliveries and executing obstetrical triage. Conducting thorough patient evaluations and managing care for obstetric patients. Assisting in surgical procedures as necessary. Continuously monitoring fetal well-being. Providing emergency room coverage for OB-GYN patients. Collaborating with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists to enhance program delivery. Engaging within a hospital that features a Level III NICU and affiliated neonatologists. Participating in a community backup call system for gynecologic surgeries. Employment Details
This is a permanent, full-time position that necessitates residency within the immediate vicinity, with potential relocation required. Qualifications
Candidates must be Board Eligible (within five years post-residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN (REQUIRED). A California medical license is mandatory (or willingness to secure one). A clean malpractice history and license record is highly preferred. Prior experience in OB Hospitalist roles is advantageous.
