Morrisville, NC . The

Application Configuration Specialist

will serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare management software, supporting configuration, data management, and workflow optimization. This is a

full-time remote

opportunity; however, the candidate

must reside in North Carolina

and be available for occasional onsite meetings at the

Morrisville office . Responsibilities of the

Application Configuration Specialist

: Configure and support healthcare management software including workflows, rule processing, alerts, and reports Perform data analysis, manage SQL databases, and debug complex stored procedures Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendor teams to implement and maintain system configurations Conduct unit and end-to-end testing, and document configuration changes and migrations Support API/interface development and contribute to process improvements using tools like Power BI and Visual Studio Requirements of the

Application Configuration Specialist

: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in configuration management or IT support within a healthcare setting Strong SQL skills and experience with T-SQL, SSRS, and debugging stored procedures Familiarity with HL7 FHIR standards, XML/JSON data structures, and C# development Experience with Power BI and healthcare data standards such as USCDI Compensation of the

Application Configuration Specialist
