Hospitalist Medicine APP
who is eager to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community!
Opportunity Details
Full Time - 1,880 hours per year (188 10-hour shifts)
Schedule - Days, Nights, and Afternoons
Location - Southeast Michigan
Multifacility rotation between the following locations:
Trinity Health Ann Arbor
Trinity Health Livonia
Trinity Health Livingston
Chelsea Hospital
Requirements
Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program
NP or PA Certification
NP candidates must be AGACNP, ACCNP, or DNP
State of Michigan License
Preferred 1-2 years of inpatient experience
Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include:
Collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals in providing direct inpatient care
Monitoring and management of acute and chronic conditions
Respond to clinical changes and deteriorations
Management of discharges, including visit summary, instructions, and prescriptions
Complete accurate clinical documentation and ensure appropriate coding and billing compliance
