Supply Chain Executive, Operations and Planning (Onsite)

**Role Specific Information****Job Description**This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.****About the Role****As a Supply Chain Executive, you will support the execution of Kohl's logistics projects and supply chain scorecards to improve service, cost, quality and speed.****What You’ll Do***** Communicate supply chain issues and opportunities to business partners* Conduct project analysis and reporting* Support successful project and process execution* Resolve remittance and operational issues* Additional tasks may be assigned ADDENDUMSOperations Planning* Coordinate with partners across the organization to make short term tactical and strategic inventory placement decisions* Leverage systems and software to acquire data and conduct complex analysis of business issues and opportunities* Identify strategies and coordinate the operational implementation of opportunities that reduce costs or increase revenue* Support recurring budgeting, forecasting, reporting and other operational activities that support Omni-channel fulfillment operations* Oversee receipt planning, demand forecasting, and production planning for the broader supply chain network****What Skills You Have****Required* Bachelor's Degree* Demonstrated initiative and drive* Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with spreadsheets* Clear and professional communicator* Overnight travel* Flexible schedule to support peak business operationsPreferred* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering* Previous experience in supply chain management****Essential Functions****The requirements listed below are representative of functions you will be required to perform, however you may be required to perform additional functions.
