Job Details
Responsibilities: Draft and edit appellate briefs, writ applications, and motions for state and federal courts. Research and analyze complex legal issues to develop strong appellate strategies. Prepare and present oral arguments before appellate courts. Collaborate with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal and develop post-trial strategies. Advise clients and trial counsel on appellate matters and legal trends.
